3.1 Registration Process

• Each individual may create only one account.
• If multiple accounts are attempted from the same device or IP address, all accounts will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be valid and active.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If your personal details change, please notify gc22's support team immediately. gc22 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

gc22 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure safe and transparent services. Before processing withdrawals, or at any time, gc22 may request the following documents:

• Identity Verification: A clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence.
• Address Verification: A copy of a utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof confirming your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account number.

gc22 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to complete the verification process may result in account cancellation.

5.1 Deposits

• Funds can be deposited into gc22 via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

gc22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These bonuses are provided subject to certain specific conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — expired bonuses cannot be used.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — however, a "cashout" option may be available in some cases.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, gc22 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Odds on live events are subject to change — gc22 may update odds at any time.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bet will generally be voided and the staked amount refunded.
• Bets linked to match fixing or manipulation will be considered null and void.

7.1 Game Results

All games on gc22 are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely impartial and determined without any external interference. gc22's "Fair Play" policy applies to all gaming activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gc22 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device.
• Playing using computer programs, bots or automated software.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.

• Threatening or harassing other members.
